In Loving Memory of
Thomas Kilcoin
(June 26, 1938 - November 6, 2025)
History
Founded in 1965 by lifelong auctioneer Tom Kilcoin, Kilcoin Auction Service was built on experience, integrity, and a deep understanding of the auction industry. Tom began his career with the Lindsey Brothers and became a licensed real estate broker in 1972. He also served as co-owner of the Kewanee Sale Barn, earning a strong reputation throughout the region for professionalism and results.
Tom firmly believed that auction is one of the most effective ways to achieve true market value, especially in real estate. In 1985, Tom brought his son, Adam, in to worked side by side.
After Tom’s passing in November 2025, Adam continued the business, carrying forward the standards, relationships, and work ethic his father established. Today, with the support of his family, Adam manages and hosts auction events with the same dedication to service, strong marketing, and successful outcomes that have defined Kilcoin Auction Service for decades.
If you are considering selling, contact Kilcoin Auction Service to discuss your options and receive a realistic assessment of your property’s fair market value.
