Time 10:30 A. M.
Farm Location: The farm is located in Abington Township in section 29 on the North East corner or 3 miles west of Seaton IL. on 20th Ave., the land sits south of 20th Ave. and on the west side of 120th Street. There is approximately 83.98 acres of cropland according to the FSA office. The farm has 2.18 acres of CRP on the west side of the farm. Terms & Conditions: A $50,000.00 Dollars down payment shall be paid and a Purchase Agreement will be signed immediately after the auction sale. The balance due & payable at closing on or before December 21, 2026 when possession will be given. Title Insurance to be furnished at closing. The 2026 real estate taxes due in 2027 will be paid by the Sellers. The land and any improvements are being sold on a ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’ basis. All announcements made day of sale takes precedence over any others.
